JENSEN Gymnasium Vasastan (formerly Norra) is located in pleasant premises right by the scenic Vanadislunden, close to both Odenplan and Tekniska högskolan/Östra station. We are a school with high ambitions and have won several awards over the years, including in Young Entrepreneurship and Young Researchers. We prepare our students for reality and are now looking for a teacher in law, sociology, leadership, and organization for our programs in economics, natural sciences, social sciences, or technology.

We focus on literature, reading, and writing required for higher studies. Our students should achieve a high level of knowledge and develop their thinking by thinking freely and broadly. Qualifications

You are a qualified upper secondary school teacher with authorization in subject combinations that include law, sociology, or leadership and organization. You approach lessons with commitment and are a clear leader in the classroom. In our recruitments, great importance is placed on personal suitability for the position, and we prefer that you are structured, have a drive for development, and enjoy working in a team-oriented manner.

Employment form

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting in the autumn term on August 5, 2026, or by agreement. We apply a six-month probationary period.

Within upper secondary school, you must, according to law (2000:873), present an extract from the criminal record. The extract is made via http://www.polisen.se with digital BankID. If you do not have BankID, you can order the form, do this as soon as possible as manual handling of the form takes a long time.
